Boys entering first through fifth grades in the fall of 2011 are welcomed to attend Poland Cub Scout Pack 44’s annual recruitment night, to be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. May 16 at Bethel Friends Church on Spitler Road.
Themed the Cub Scout Challenge and based on CBS’ popular "Survivor" series, this year’s event offers an evening of fun, team-building activities with each challenge designed around the skills the boys will learn in Scouting. Potential Scouts are encouraged to be on the lookout around school for boys wearing Challenge t-shirts to ask these boys for more information on recruitment night, and on what it’s like to be a Cub Scout.
