April 5

Frank Ferraro, 65, Poland, was cited for hit skip and improper lane usage after a two-vehicle accident on Fairground Boulevard. Ferraro was also later arrested on North Broad Street for operating a vehicle while impaired. Further reports were taken regarding damage to shrubs, a downspout, a boat trailer and an unoccupied vehicle on South Broad Street.

Following a traffic stop on North Broad Street, Dannielle Bell, 20, Austintown, was cited for driving under suspension.



April 6

An investigation is on-going into unauthorized use of a credit card and property missing from a West Main Street business dating back to March 9.

Following a traffic stop on Shields Road, Diane Kleeh, 64, Boardman, was cited for speeding (50 in a 25 zone).

Following a traffic stop on Hilltop Boulevard, John Berardi, 38, Boardman, was cited for an expired plate.

An investigation is on-going into fraudelent charges on a business account atb a Montgomery Drive location.



April 7

A juvenile at MCCTC, North Palmyra Road was put under investigation for disorderly conduct.

A report was taken following a private property crash at MCCTC.

Following a traffic stop on Railroad Street, Daniel Butler, 21, Boardman, was cited for speeding and driving under suspension.

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Arthur See, 80, Canfield, was cited for a marked lanes violation.

Following a traffic stop on Fairgrounds Boulevard, Lucy McCarty, 21, Boardman, was cited for speeding and was arrested for possession of a drug abuse instrument.



April 8

Following a two-vehicle accident on North Broad Street, Joseph Mosca, 26, (no listed hometown), was cited for assured clear distance.

Following a traffic stop on South Broad Street, Daniel Allmon, 22, Youngstown, was arrested for driving under suspension and was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.



April 9

Following a traffic stop on Hilltop Boulevard, Robert Moreno, 28, Struthers, was cited for a defective exhaust.

Following a traffic on Manor Hill, Brandy Pittman, 28, Salem was arrested for driving under suspension.

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Rica Serifert, 20, Hermitage, Pa. was arrested for operating a vehicle impaired, driving under suspension and was cited for speeding.

Following a traffic stop on South Broad Street, Cathy Rhodes, 23, Niles, was cited for a stop sign violation.



April 10

Mutual aid was provided to Mahoning County Sherrif deputies involved in a vehicle pursuit on South Palmyra Road.

Following the investigation of a person report on East Main Street, James McElroy, 42, Youngstown, was arrested on a fugitive theft warrant out of the Boardman Police Department.

Following a traffic accident on Lisbon Street, Joshua Fleming, 18, Canfield, was cited for failure to yield.

Anthony Scott, 24, North Jackson, was arrested by Jackson Township Police on a Canfield Mayor’s Court warrant.
