March 16

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Barbara Luman, 32, Lake Milton, was arrested for driving under suspension and was cited for no front plate.

A report was taken regarding missing jewelry from a Court Street location.



March 17

Following a traffic stop on Herbert Road, Jim Downie, 55, Warren, was cited for speeding (46 in a 25 zone).



March 18

Following a traffic stop on North Broad Street, Chrystal Ross, 25, Canfield, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

An investigation is ongoing into the report of missing money at a Parkside Drive location.

Following a call to Topaz Circle, Terri Fleming, 49, Canfield, was cited for dogs running at large.



March 19

Following a stop while on routine patrol, Deborah Rowland, 51, Canfield, was cited for parking on the wrong side of the road.



March 20

An investigation was conducted into the reported criminal damaging at a West Main Street location. Charges are pending by Juvenile Court.

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Milo Mills, 38, Beach City, was arrested for possession of drugs and was cited for driving under suspension.



March 21

Following a call to Cardinal Drive, Frank Kolesar IV, 19, Canfield, was arrested for menacing.

Mutual aid assistance was given to the Mahoning County Sherrif deputies on a traffic stop on Akron-Canfield Road.



March 22

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, Luke Kastenhuber, 21, Canfield, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired and for using weapons while intoxicated, and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Daniel Fantone, 21, Poland, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for speeding (52 in a 35 zone).

Following a traffic stop on Glenview Avenue, George Cataline, 60, was cited for an expired plate.

Following a call to Manor Hill, Rashaud Rivers, 25, Youngstown, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for a probation violation.



March 23

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Patrick Phelan, 27, Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear out of Youngstown Municipal Court.

An investigation is ongoing into a report of unauthorized charges on a debit card at a Northview location.

An investigation is ongoing into the report of classroom theft at Canfield High School.

Lena Karshner, 29, Warren turned herself in at Canfield Police Department on a Canfield warrant for failure to appear on traffic and criminal charges.
