Wedding plans announced for Wingard and Goodwin

The engagement and summer wedding of Katie Maureen Wingard and Joshua Robert Goodwin, both of Findlay, is being announced by their parents, Denny and Bonnie Wingard of Canfield, and Scott and Kathy Goodwin of Milan, respectively.

Ms. Wingard holds a degree in middle childhood education from Youngstown State University and a master of teaching degree from the University of Findlay. She is employed as a seventh-grade math teacher and as the middle school girls’ volleyball coach at Fostoria Community Schools.

Mr. Goodwin holds a degree in civil engineering from Ohio Northern University and a master of business administration from Bowling Green State University. He is currently employed as an engineer for Marathon Oil Company in Findlay.

The couple will be married at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 9 at the gazebo in Fellows Riverside Gardens, Mill Creek Park. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at the Tippecanoe Country Club in Canfield.
