Truthan and Poma wed Sept. 25 in Oxford

Kumler Chapel in Oxford was the setting on Sept. 25 for the fall wedding of Jonathan Poma and his bride, Whitney Truthan.

David Kohout of Boardman officiated during the afternoon ceremony that united the daughter of Kristina and Larry Truthan of Hilliard, and the son of Kimberly and the late James Poma of Boardman.

A reception was held in the couple’s honor in the formal ballroom of the Oxford Community Arts Center. They left two days later for a honeymoon trip in St. Lucia.

A social media analyst for GSW Worldwide in Worthington, the bride earned a degree in marketing from Miami University in 2008. Her husband also earned his degree from Miami University in 2008, majoring in business. He is a digital strategist for Dynamit Technologies in Columbus, just minutes away from their Victorian Village home.
