Andre John officiated at the 4 p.m. ceremony Oct. 17 that united the daughter of Bob and Debbie Beachy of Boardman and the son of Jeanne L. Bauman Swaskoskiand and the late David E. Bauman Sr.
A reception was held in their honor at the Sandals resort, where they had 32 guests join them in Jamaica. They continued their stay at the Sandals resort, where they honeymooned.
The bride wore a white charmeuse V-neck halter with ruched surplice bodice and a beaded, embroidered, dropped waist. Its godet chapel-length train was adorned with beaded embroidered appliques and carried fuscia orchids.
Allison Davis of Boardman was the bride's maid of honor, and Ashley Bean Phillips was her matron of honor. Her bridesmaids were Michawn Rich of Reno, Nev., Renee Farina of Boardman, Lauren Uranker of Pittsburgh, Lauren Craig of Cocoa Beach, Fla., and Jennifer Hlebovy of Boardman, all friends of the bride. They wore an varied array of vibrant blue sun dresses.
Serving as best men for the groom were his brother, Adam Bauman of New York City, and Cody Clarke of Sarver, Pa., cousin of the groom. The groomsmen were Brian Lillis of Chicago, and Brent Wilson of Albany, N.Y., friends of the groom, John Sell of Sarver, Pa., uncle of the groom, and Alex Beachy, brother of the bride.
A doctoral student studying clinical psychology at the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in Springfield, Mo., the bride earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and her master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Geneva College.
Her husband is also a clinical psychology doctoral student at Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in Springfield, Mo. He earned his bachelor of arts from SUNY at Albany and his Master of Arts in mental health counseling at Geneva College.
They have made their home in Springfield, Mo.
