In the second game of the Little League Softball World Series, Friday evening, the Poland Community Little League softball team, playing as the U.S. Central champs beat Latin America, 7-4.
The team was led by the pitching of Claire Testa, who gave up only eight hits, with six strikeouts and one walk. Leading the hitters were Abigail Masluk, Jenna Schettler, Allyson Deemer, Danielle Rutana and Cara Kalouris.
