The engagement and plans for the upcoming marriage of Chrissie L. Burrows and Christopher M. Broderick, both of Poland, are being announced by the couple’s parents.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Richard and Alice Burrows of New Smyrna Beach, Fla. Parents of the future groom are James and Darlene Palmer of Struthers.
The couple have chosen Julia's Bed and Breakfast in Hubbard for an outdoor wedding on July 24. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for an evening reception at The Links at Firestone Farms in Columbiana.
Miss Burrows graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and is currently working on her bachelor’s in special education. She is a first-grade teacher at Stambaugh Charter Academy in Youngstown.
Mr. Broderick earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Youngstown State University. He is also pursuing a master’s degree for family nurse practitioner from Malone University. He is employed as an RN at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.
