Thunder Elite girls win NSA World Series qualifier

The Thunder Elite girls fast pitch softball team Grimes 12-and-under (Blue), won the 2010 “Nail-biter” NSA World Series Qualifier tournament in North Ridgeville, finishing a perfect 6-0 for the weekend. The team will conclude their 2010 tournament schedule preparing to compete at the Mid-West World Series in Columbus in a field of more than 200 total teams from throughout the United States and Canada. This was the team’s sixth championship game appearance out of eight tournaments and fourth first place finish for the year.
