Glaciers 11U named state champ

Ohio Glaciers 11-and-under traveling baseball team has won the 2010 Nations Baseball State Championship, played in Bowling Green. The Glaciers went undefeated throughout the tournament, 6-0. The players were awarded state championship rings with plaques and a team trophy for their accomplishment. The tournament consisted of 70 teams split into two divisions, Elite and Select. The Glaciers are strength-ranked No. 1 in the state of Ohio in the Elite Division. Their current record so far this season is 37-3. The Glaciers will go on to play in the CABA world series in Illinois.
