Austintown Community Church was the location of the Dec. 27, 2009 marriage ceremony of Keith Richard Arthurs and Katie Ann Schnurrenberger.
The Rev. David Roberts officiated the 4:30 p.m. candlelit ceremony. Katie is the daughter of David G. and Karen Schnurrenberger of Austintown, and Keith is the son of Jeffrey and Diane Arthurs of Uhrichsville.
The bride wore an ivory halter gown of duchess satin with a cathedral-length train and Basque waist. The gown was beautifully embroidered in scrolling platinum thread and accented with sequins and beads. She carried a cascading bouquet of pine and cranberries.

Sarah Herren, a friend of the bride, served as the maid of honor. The bridesmaids included Kristi Mangus, friend of the bride; Julia Schnurrenberger, sister-in-law of the bride; and Jennifer Bronson, sister of the groom. The bridesmaids wore pine green full-length gowns and carried candlelit lanterns with pine and cranberry accents. Cousins of the bride, Madison Ridge and Katie Soughan, were the flower girls.
Serving as best man for the groom was Matthew Elvin, a longtime friend. The groomsmen included brothers of the bride, David and Daniel Schnurrenberger, and Scott Bronson, the groom's brother-in-law. The bride's cousin, Jake Linesch, and the groom's nephew, Nathan Bronson, were ring bearers.
An evening reception was held at Avion on the Water in Canfield. The couple left for Nemacolin Resort and Spa, and have a trip to Hawaii planned for this summer.
The bride earned her bachelor's degree in middle childhood education from Mount Union College and her master's in school administration from Ashland University. She is employed as a seventh grade project-based learning teacher by Lake Local Schools in Hartville.
The groom earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education/mathematics from Kent State University, where he also earned an Associate of Engineering Technology. In addition, he has a master's degree in teaching from Marygrove College. He is currently employed teaching geometry at Fairless High School in Navarre.
