The Ohio Glacier’s 13-and-under traveling team was presented with the championship trophy in the GLBL Early Bird tournament in Cleveland this past weekend. This tournament earned them a bid to both a Nations and CABA World Series and National Championship. With great pitching, defense, and outstanding hitting, the Glaciers outscored their opponents, 42-3. The team is made up of, in front row: Ricky Svetlak, Jason McQuown, Dominic Lipari, Alec Hammond, and Brandon Fagert; in center row: Hunter Snyder, Austin Wilson, Kiernan Kiske, Daniel Brown, Tommy James, Scott Pierce, and Mark Passarello; and in back: coach Scott Pierce, manager Ron Fagert, and coach Dwayne Wilson. Missing is Ryan Miller.

The team is comprised of, in front: Ethan Kalina, Christian Fedko, Zach Tinkey, Anthony Vross, Jake Kuchmaner, and Mark Wittmann; in center row: Jake McCurry, Dean Lauer, Joey Machuga, Chris Lewis, and Joe DeLucia; and in back row: coach Bob Tinkey, coach Eric Kalina, and manager Anthony Vross.
