April 13


3:05 p.m. Following a call to 72 N. Broad St. for a possible intoxicated probationary individual, Melissa A. Paterchak, 43, 36 Southwoods Ave., Boardman, was charged with disorderly conduct.


April 14


1:30 p.m. Following a telephone complaint on an unsafe residence, a home at 210 Northview Road was investigated and found to be unsafe with severe water damage and mushrooms growing out of the carpet. The Mahoning County Board of Health was notified and responded. The home has been vacant since 2007 and is presently owned by Bank of America.


April 15


7:26 p.m. During a political rally on the Village Green, Jonathan C. Schreiber, 50, 7062 Youngstown-Salem Road, Canfield, was charged with disorderly conduct.


April 16


12:36 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Hilltop Boulevard for a vehicle traveling over the center line several times, Russell M. Good, 58, 72 Hilltop Boulevard, Canfield, was charged with operating a vehicle impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation.


2:20 a.m. Following a traffic stop on North Broad Street for a vehicle traveling left of center several times, Andrew R. Baker, 24, 1261 Jefferson Ave., Salem, was charged with operating a vehicle impaired, was cited for a marked lanes violation and his vehicle was impounded.


11:03 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Shields Road for a vehicle with only one working headlight, a 17-year-old Canfield youth was charged with drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.


April 17


3:28 a.m. Following a traffic stop on North Broad Street for a vehicle with a defective exhaust and only one working headlight, Dylan A. Starr, 21, 841 Oak Knoll Ave., Warren, was charged with drug abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia and was cited for the defective exhaust. A passenger, Leatha R. Watson, 19, 3684 Nutley Ave., Warren was also charged with drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.


April 18


12:11 a.m. Following a traffic stop on a vehicle with only one working brake light in Youngstown while working with the OVI Task Force, Michael S. Obrien, 23, 150 East Howard Ave., Girard, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, was cited for one brake light and his vehicle was impounded.


2:01 a.m. Following a traffic stop on West Main Street for a vehicle following too close, a passenger, Jurell L. Johnson, 23, 813 Milner St., Alliance, was charged with drug abuse and the driver, Cassandra M. Leek, 26, 1383 South Webb Ave., Alliance, was cited for following too close.


3:52 a.m. Following a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling left of center in Youngstown while working with the OVI Task Force, William E. Manigault Jr., 46, 213 Park St., Youngstown, was charged with operating a vehicle impaired, was cited for a marked lanes violation and his vehicle was impounded.
