St. Malachy Catholic Church in Brownsburg, Ind. was the setting on Sept. 26, 2009 for the fall wedding of David W. Schnurrenberger and his bride, Julia Yaggy.

The Rev. Joseph Feltz officiated at the ceremony that united Julia, the daughter of John and Kathryn Yaggy of Brownsburg, Ind., and David, son of David and Karen Schnurrenberger of Austintown. A reception was held in their honor at The Terrace at Market Tower in Indianapolis.

The bride wore an ivory satin A-line silhouette gown with ruched detailing accenting the empire waistline, embellished with a crystal brooch. She carried a bouquet of roses and gerber daisies in autumn colors.

Anne Brunenavs, sister of the bride, served as matron on honor. The bridesmaids included Molly Alberts, Julie Sawyer, Tracey Fredrick, Andrea Hodskins and Diane Cram, friends of the bride, and Katie Schnurrenberger, sister of the groom. The bridesmaids wore wine-colored gowns and carried fall-inspired bouquets. The bride's niece, Abby Brunenavs, was the flower girl.

Serving as best man for the groom was his brother, Daniel Schnurrenberger. His groomsmen included Chris Calcagni, Jon Grimm and Kevin Camps, friends of the groom, John Yaggy and Mark Yaggy, brothers of the bride, and Keith Arthurs, brother-in-law of the groom. The bride's nephew, Nick Brunenavs, was the ring bearer.

A clinical nurse specialist at the Ireland Cancer Center in Cleveland, the bride earned her bachelor's degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati and her master's degree from Indiana University.

Her husband graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree in education. He is currently pursuing his MBA from ITT Technical Institute.

The couple is currently living in Streetsboro.
