Casey and O’Hara united in marriage Jan. 11

February 19, 2010
The Town Crier
Holy Family Catholic Church in Orlando, Fla., was the setting Jan. 11 for the wedding of Christopher Vincent O'Hara and his bride, the former Jennifer Lynn Casey.

The Rev. Kenny Aquino officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony that united the daughter of Robert E. and Jackie Casey of Poland, and the son of Dan and Marietta O'Hara of Windermere, Fla. A reception was held in their honor at the Disney Boardwalk Resort at the Atlantic Dance Hall that evening.

The bride wore a white strapless A-line Oleg Cassini gown that featured an elegantly beaded bodice and train. An antique belt and brooch adorned her waist while her jeweled tiara matched both her fingertip- and chapel-length veils. She carried a round French bouquet of Black Magic, Charlotte and Black Bacarra roses that were accented by champagne Swarovski crystals.

The bride’s sister, Kathy Bethel of Orlando, was her maid of honor. Her bridesmaids were Shelly Cambron of Orlando, Amber Keiser of Baltimore, Jessica Bethel and Alyssa Bethel of Orlando, Casey Cottrell of Boardman, Michelle Duryea of Orlando, Maureen Rothrauff of Boardman, and Monica O'Hara and Lillian O'Hara of Warwick, R.I. They wore floor-length latte gowns and carried a bouquet of red roses.

Serving as best men for their brother were Dan O'Hara of Warwick, R.I. and Brendan O'Hara of Wind Gap, Pa. His groomsmen included Patrick Haney and Jason Martinetti of Bridgewater, N.J., Ian Sims of Denville, N.J., Nicholas Bethel and Zachary Bethel of Orlando, Noel Roman of Somerville, N.J., J.R. Reiner of Davenport, Fla. and Danny O'Hara of Warwick, R.I.

The new Mrs. O’Hara graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising and is a buyer for Wyndham Worldwide. Her husband graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, N.J. with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He is an electrical engineer for TLC Engineering for Architecture in Orlando.

They honeymooned at the Sandals Resort in Antigua and have made their home in Orlando, Fla.
