Parents of the future groom are Allan and Cathy Latta of Arlington.
The couple has planned an open wedding for 2 p.m., Nov. 28 at Zion Lutheran Church in Youngstown. A reception will be by invitation that evening at the Regency House in Austintown.
The bride-to-be is a student attending the University of Findlay School of Pharmacy and is employed in the pharmacy at Walgreen’s in Marion.
Her fiance is employed with Rowmark LLC in Findlay after attending Rhodes State College in Lima.
