Bukovinsky and Miner exchange vows on Florida beach

Melissa Bukovinsky and William Miner were united in marriage Aug. 8 during a sunset ceremony on the beach in Marco Island, Fla. They were honored at a reception at Avion on the Water in Canfield on Aug. 15.

The bride wore a diamond white silk taffeta wedding gown, which featured a strapless sweetheart neckline and A-line silhouette. The dropped waist was embellished with a wide band of beadwork and a chapel-length train.  

Wearing platinum gowns were Jennifer Matasic, the bride’s sister and matron of honor, and bridesmaids Toni Tuscano, Kalah Ragan, Michelle Guidos, Laura Bryer, Katie Travaline and Kirsten Pesa. The flower girl was Sophia Matasic, niece of the bride.

Larry Miner II, the groom’s brother, was best man. The groomsmen were Jerome Tuscano, John Ragan, Stephen Matasic, Brian Dubiel, Randall Colla and Jeffrey Fishel. Jacob Rutter was the ring bearer.

Following a honeymoon in Playa Mujeres, Mexico, the couple resides in Boardman.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bukovinsky of Lowellville, received her bachelor’s degree in finance from Kent State University. She is an associate national bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of Currency, United States Treasury Department.

The groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Miner of Youngstown, is a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance and business administration from Youngstown State University.
