Monsignor William Connell and the Rev. Richard Brobst officiated at the ceremony that united the daughter of Michael and Kathy D'Amico of Canfield and the son of Drs. J. Ronald and Lynn Mikolich. A reception was later held in their honor at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
The bride wore a beautiful candlelight-white silk couture dress embellished with beading. Her bouquet was made up of multi-colored roses.
Amy D'Amico of Fort Myers, Fla., sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Her bridesmaids were Alexis Novotny of Canfield, friend of bride, and Dr. Marissa Mikolich of Columbus, sister of groom. Junior bridesmaids were Kelly Kratofil of Boardman and Bridget Sweeney of Canfield, both cousins of the bride. The flower girl was Demi D'Amico of Cleveland, cousin of the bride. The bridal party wore navy gowns with calla lily bouquets.
Serving as best man for the groom was Dr. Joseph Greco III of Beverly Hills, Calif. His groomsmen included Michael D'Amico of Canfield, brother of bride, and Dr. Celso Acevedo of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., friend of groom. The ushers were Sean Novotny of Canfield, Dr. John George of Pittsburgh and Andrew Mickley of Columbus, friends of groom, and Patrick Murphy of Warren, cousin of bride. The ring bearer was Walter Sweeney, cousin of the bride.
The bride is a first-grade teacher in Canfield at C.H. Campbell Elementary and junior varsity volleyball coach Canfield High School. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Education from Kent State University.
Her husband received a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University and medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. He is an interventional cardiologist at Sharon Regional Hospital in Sharon, Pa. They now reside in Poland.
