July 6


1:12 p.m. - A menacing report was filed from a Glenwood Avenue residence.


8:49 p.m. - A theft report was taken from the Traveler’s Inn, 6110 Market St. Following the investigation, the victim, Frederick Rand, 58, above address, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant from Mahoning County.


7:02 p.m. - After responding to a fight behind Value City Furniture, 443 Boardman-Poland Road, Tyrone K. Curry, 31, 3021 Northgate Ave., Youngstown, was arrested for assault. Several reports of assault were also filed.


5:53 p.m. - A theft report was filed from a Glenwood Avenue residence.


6:35 p.m. - A report of theft and criminal damaging was filed from a Wolosyn Circle residence.


9:01 a.m. - A criminal damaging report was filed from a Southern Boulevard residence.


12:01 p.m. - A theft report was filed after merchandise was stolen from Family Dollar, 4028 Market St.


6:26 a.m. - A theft report was filed from a South Avenue residence.


5:46 p.m. - A criminal mischief report was filed at the station.


4:13 a.m. - Following report of a burglary and a brief foot chase, Jeremy C. Bell, 23, 5265 Trotter Drive, was arrested for burglary, theft, resisting arrest, obstructing official business and possession of criminal tools.


5:03 p.m. - A theft report was filed at the station.


5:39 p.m. - A theft report was filed after merchandise was shoplifted from Payless Shoes, Southern Park Mall.


2:39 p.m. - An identity theft report was filed at the station.


3:42 p.m. - A misuse of credit card report was filed at the station.


5:22 p.m. - A theft report was filed after money was stolen from an employee of Steak-N-Shake, 5786 Boardman-Poland Road.


1:41 p.m. - Following report of a purse snatching in the food court of Southern Park Mall, Derrick A. Gabriel, 20, 1031 Filmore Ave., Youngstown, was arrested for theft.





July 7


12:25 p.m. - A theft from auto report was filed from outside a Hillman Way residence.


12:26 p.m. - A misuse of a credit card report was filed from a Salinas Trail residence.


1:33 p.m. - A theft report was filed after merchandise was shoplifted from Rainbow Clothing, 1208 Doral Drive.


1:17 a.m. - Following a traffic stop on Midlothian Boulevard, Jeanette M. Anderson, 29, 535 Clearmont Drive, Youngstown, was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and obstructing official business.


9:05 a.m. - A theft report was filed from Westminster Presbyterian Church, 119 Stadium Drive.


3:45 p.m. - Brian A. Seehoffer, 34, P.O. Box 125, Village of Sea Rights, Uniontown, was arrested for theft after attempting to shoplift merchandise from Sears, Southern Park Mall.


10:02 a.m. - Following a traffic stop in the parking lot of 5700 Market St., Joshua J. Gatewood, 18, 15075 Ellsworth Road, Berlin Center, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.


2:27 p.m. - Boardman officers and members of the U.S. Marshal Task Force arrested Jesse McQueen, 54, 351 Kendall #6, Campbell, on warrants of breaking and entering, and receiving stolen property.


9:48 p.m. - A Youngstown 13-year-old was arrested for theft, and Summer S. Romeo, 31, 63 E. Avondale, Youngstown, was arrested for theft, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, criminal trespass, possession of marijuana and possession of dangerous drugs after attempting to shoplift merchandise from Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.


12:03 a.m. - Following investigation of a disturbance outside the Wagon Wheel Motel, 7015 Market St., a Struthers 13-year-old and a Campbell 14-year-old were arrested for underage possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct.





July 8


5:13 p.m. - Michelle L. Jackson, 31, 66 Washington Blvd. #5, was arrested for theft after attempting to shoplift merchandise at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.


6:26 p.m. - A Youngstown 14-year-old was arrested for theft, obstructing official business and on an active pickup order from the Mahoning County Juvenile Justice Center after attempting to shoplift merchandise from Dillard’s, Southern Park Mall.


8:32 p.m. - Melissa A. Zingarelli, 36, 370 Neff Drive, Canfield, was arrested for theft, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and on warrants of forgery, receiving stolen property and identity theft after attempting to shoplift merchandise at Walmart.


1:45 a.m. - Following a stop on Glenwood Avenue, James F. Skinner Jr., 32, 180 North River Road NW #24, Warren, was arrested on a probation violation warrant from Mahoning County.


8:13 p.m. - A report of forgery and and deception to obtain a dangerous drug was filed after a fraudulent prescription was passed at Rite Aid, 307 Boardman-Canfield Road.


1:17 p.m. - A report of misuse of a credit card was filed at the station.


3:36 p.m. - A burglary report was filed from a Cascade Drive residence.


6:55 p.m. - A criminal damaging report was filed from a Shadyside Drive residence.


4:00 p.m. - A theft report was filed after an employee’s tool were stolen from Omni Carpet, 5904 South Ave.


1:57 p.m. - A theft from auto report was filed from the parking lot at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.


1:19 p.m. - A burglary report was filed from a Shields Road residence.


9:14 a.m. - A breaking and entering report was filed from a Tanglewood Drive residence.





July 9


12:56 a.m. - Following a traffic stop on Market Street, a passenger, Todd W. Tolson, 43, 2121 Todd Ave., Warren, was arrested for obstructing official business and drunken/disorderly conduct.


3:03 a.m. - A burglary report was filed from a South Avenue residence.


1:33 a.m. - A recovered stolen auto report was filed after a wrecked motorcycle was found abandoned on West Boulevard.


9:48 a.m. - A theft report was filed from a Nova Lane residence.


1:43 p.m. - An identity theft report was filed from Maxim Healthcare Services, 7371 California Ave.


9:52 p.m. - Isaac Green Jr., 54, 550 W. Chalmers Ave., Youngstown, was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing official business after creating a disturbance at Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive.


1:16 p.m. - A criminal damaging report was filed from an Afton Avenue residence.


7:02 p.m. - A criminal damaging report was filed from the parking lot at the Shops at Boardman Park, 409 Boardman-Poland Road.


6:35 p.m. - A report of theft and misuse of a credit card was filed at the station.


5:03 p.m. - A robbery report was filed following a purse snatching in the parking lot of Kohl’s, 383 Boardman-Poland Road.


3:15 p.m. - A criminal damaging report was filed from in front of a West Boulevard residence.


4:27 p.m. - A theft report was filed at the station.


4:18 p.m. - Wayne R. Johnson, 58, 4477 Kirk Road #7, Austintown, was arrested for attempting to enter a protected residence on Melrose Avenue.
