| | Dogs on HalloweenOctober 31, 2009 - Kathleen PalumboAt 11 years of age, Miss Ivy has been encouraged to partake in her share of personas each October 31st. Much to her chagrin, she has been dressed as a bumblebee, witch, hippie, pumpkin, and mermaid, reusing the costumes on a few of the years in between. It seemed only fitting that as she is now a woman “of a certain age,” she can be costumed accordingly. Witness…drum roll please…Ivy, the French Maid! Could she speak, I’m sure she would be saying that in dog years, 11 is the new 2 - so please put me back in the respectable pumpkin hat! Happy Halloween to you and yours!
